I RETURN OF ORDERED GOODS

1. Pursuant to Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271, as amended), the BUYER who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods.
2. The returned Goods cannot bear any traces of use. The above return requirements do not affect or limit the BUYER's rights to file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of civil law. The above requirements with respect to consumers will be interpreted each time in accordance with applicable law.

II EXCHANGE OF ORDERED GOODS

1. BUYERS have the right to exchange a given product for a different size or model within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
2. Shipping costs to the seller's address are borne by the BUYER.
3. The cost of shipping the mentioned goods is 3.5£ ( Poland ) and 10£ (Rest of the World).
4. In the case of exchanges made abroad, shipping costs are calculated individually for each case.
5. The SELLER does not accept parcels sent at the addressee's expense or cash on delivery.
6. The returned goods must not bear any traces of use, otherwise the BUYER's goods lose the right to exchange the Goods and the Goods that do not meet the above requirements will be sent back to the BUYER at the BUYER's expense.
7.The exchange will be completed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the shipment by the SELLER.
8. Products covered by the promotion are not subject to exchange, unless separate promotion regulations provide otherwise.
