1. The administrator of personal data collected via the online store is Aleksandra Jaśkowiak, running a business under the name Aleksandra Jaśkowiak (address of the place of business: ul. Zakole 16/44, 62-10 Konin) entered into the Central Registration and Information on the Freedom of Activists of the Republic of Poland by minister responsible for economy, NIP: 6653024983, electronic address: info@jjaskowiakart.com - hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" and at the same time the Online Store Service Provider and the Seller.

The personal data of the service recipient (Customer) are verified in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
3. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects and ensures that the data collected by him is controlled in accordance with the law; collected for marked purposes, used in legal regulations and not subjected to processing incompatible with these purposes; substantively defined and adequate in relation to the purposes that are controlled and used in the form of an attack on the persons concerned, not only for use for the purpose of processing.
4. All words, explanations and acronyms on the home page and beginning with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Online Store, Electronic Service) are understood with their definition contained in the Regulations of the Online Store available at: http://jjaskowiakart.com/content/3-shop-regulations.

Establishing, shaping the content, changing, performing or terminating the contractual relationship between the Service Provider (Seller) and the Service Recipient (Customer) consisting in the provision of Electronic Services via the Online Store or the conclusion and performance of the Product Sales Agreement and their delivery to the Customer.

In the case of Customers who use the Product delivery service to the Customer, the Administrator transfers the collected personal data of Customers to the extent necessary to make the delivery to the carrier: INPOST, number in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register: 0000543759 and POLISH POST "Poczta Polska SA" ( 0000334972 ).
4. In the case of Customers who use electronic payments or a payment card, the Administrator transfers the collected personal data of Customers only to an intermediary selected by the Customer and only to the extent necessary for the Customer to make a payment through them.
5. The Administrator processes the following personal data of Service Recipients (Customers): name and surname; e-mail address; contact telephone number; address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country). In the case of Service Recipients (Customers) who are not consumers, the Administrator additionally processes the company name and tax identification number (NIP).
6. Providing personal data referred to in point I.5. is necessary for the Service Provider to provide Electronic Services within the Online Store or to conclude a Product Sales Agreement. Each time, the scope of required data is also indicated in the Regulations of the Online Store and before starting the provision of a specific Electronic Service or concluding a Sales Agreement on the Online Store website.

2. The Service Provider processes the data contained in Cookies when visitors use the Online Store website in order to:
- identifying Service Users as logged in to the Online Store and showing that they are logged in,
- remembering Products added to the cart in order to place an Order,
- remembering data from completed Order Forms, surveys or login details to the Online Store,
- adapting the content of the Online Store website to the individual preferences of the Service User (e.g. regarding colors, font size, page layout) and optimizing the use of the Online Store pages,
- keeping anonymous statistics showing how the Online Store website is used and examining the needs of Service Users, excluding personal identification of the Service User.
3. By default, most web browsers available on the market accept cookies. Everyone can define the conditions for the use of cookies using the settings of their own web browser. This means that you can, for example, partially limit (e.g. temporarily) or completely disable the ability to save cookies on your computer - in the latter case, however, it may affect some functionalities of the Online Store (for example, it may be impossible to complete the Order path via the Order Form ).
4. Internet browser settings regarding Cookies are important from the point of view of consent to the use of Cookies by our Online Store - in accordance with the regulations, such consent may also be expressed through the Internet browser settings.

The Service Provider also collects operational data (so-called logs - IP address, domain), which are stored for an indefinite period of time and used to generate statistics helpful in administering the Online Store. These data are aggregated and anonymous, i.e. they do not contain features identifying persons visiting the Online Store website. Logs are not disclosed to third parties.

Providing personal data by the Service Recipient/Customer is voluntary, although failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Regulations necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement or a contract for the provision of Electronic Services results in a refusal to conclude this contract. The data necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement or an Agreement for the provision of Electronic Services are also always indicated on the website of the Online Store.

The basis for the processing of the Service Recipient/Customer's personal data is the need to perform the contract to which the Service Recipient/Customer is a party or to take action at his request before concluding it. In the case of data processing for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the basis for such processing is also the consent of the Service Recipient/Customer.

Each person has the right to control the processing of data concerning him or her contained in the Administrator's data set, and in particular the right to: request supplementing, updating, rectifying personal data, temporarily or permanently suspending their processing or deleting them if they are incomplete, outdated, false or collected in violation of the Act or no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

In the case of data processing for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the data subject is also entitled to submit a written, reasoned request to discontinue the processing of his or her data due to his or her special situation and to object to the processing of his or her data.

The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, and in particular protects the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations and change, loss, damage or destruction.
3. The Service Provider provides the following technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically:
